Over the years, we have received many requests for cooking classes and private demonstrations with Chef Paul. We are excited to announce that we will be honoring those requests by offering a regular schedule of cooking classes to anyone who wants to attend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are four class types (click to see details):<\/p>\n\n\n\n This class will explore food and drink pairings, proper cocktail preparation, flavor profiles, and more. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n A comprehensive 10-week culinary program that covers the fundamentals of cooking, baking, menu planning, and wine pairing. Participants are guided in preparing a meal for four. Designed to be taken home and served. Cormorant does the prep and clean-up and provides optional wine pairings and desserts. Students leave prepared to host a dinner party. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n Single-session classes focusing on classic techniques, culinary fundamentals, and global cuisine. These hands-on workshops are designed to broaden the horizons of any home chef. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n Private classes for individuals, groups, and organizations are also available. These are perfect for team building or a unique party experience. Classes can be fully customized for your group.
