About Cormorant Supper Club

The Cormorant Supper Club, built in the 1950s, aims at preserving the supper club’s long-standing history with a modern take on Wisconsin’s favorite dining tradition.

Owners Katie and Paul purchased the property in 2021 from the Marsicano family, who owned the beloved spot for 50 years. They set out to preserve the tradition while offering a fresh take on Wisconsin’s favorite dining experience.
